3. Collection of personal data

Global Water Service collects the data of its users in order to offer new services and improve their experience on its website. The user is not obliged to provide any type of data, but without these information some services may not be available, for example the management of an order.The required data are necessary for the website to manage the user:

  • Contact data: name, surname, shipping address, phone number
  • Invoice data: company name, VAT number, invoicing address
  • Account data: e-mail address and password
  • Your acceptance or refusal to receive our informative or commercial newsletter

7. Storage of personal data

The personal data collected, are kept until a cancellation request by the user has been made. The request can be done by email at info@gwsonline.it, indicating the email address used for registration.
In compliance with the law, following the cancellation request on the website, a cancellation request for third-party services will also be forwarded. The user may at any time modify and keep updated its own personal data by logging in to the website with its own credentials. The cancellation from the newsletter may be directly done on MailUp, by clicking on the link at the bottom of each newsletter sent.
