Empty cartridge for sanitisation 3m ap2 connection

Refillable Sanitisation Cartridge

Empty cartridge for cleaning filtration circuits that use the AP2 bayonet system. Compatible with 3M AP2 heads.

Please note: the sanitising filter is approximately 1 cm taller than the 3map2 filter; for machines with a housing, please check the dimensions.

The sanitising product must be inserted into the cartridge through the hole in the bayonet, in the quantity indicated by the manufacturer of the specific system (whether it is a water cooler, treatment system or other) to be sanitised.

Follow the procedure:

Close the water supply

Depressurise the system (by venting from a tap)

Remove the old cartridge

Screw the cartridge with the sanitising product into the head (never exceed the recommended dose; follow the manufacturer's instructions). The sanitising product must be inserted into the sanitising cartridge through the hole in the bayonet

Run the water to distribute the sanitising product throughout the pipes

Hold the system steady for the necessary time

Run the water.

Close the system.

Release the pressure.

Remove the sanitising cartridge.

Insert the old or new cartridge.

Run approximately 20 litres of water.

We recommend using non-aggressive sanitising agents: Amuchina, citric acid.
