Swan 2MF Bayonet Filter for Drinking Water

The Swan 2MF is a bayonet-style filter cartridge designed for the microfiltration of drinking water in domestic and professional systems.

The Swan 2MF is the Swan-branded equivalent of the corresponding Water Pro model and features a combined filtration technology consisting of a carbon block and a 0.5 µm pleated membrane.

The combination of these two technologies helps improve water quality by reducing chlorine, unpleasant odours and tastes, turbidity, sediments and impurities present in the incoming water.

With a filtration capacity of up to 5,000 litres, the Swan 2MF is suitable for water treatment and dispensing systems designed for drinking water.

Carbon Block and 0.5 µm Membrane

The Swan 2MF combines a carbon block with a 0.5 µm pleated membrane.

The activated carbon helps reduce chlorine, unpleasant odours and tastes, improving the organoleptic characteristics of the treated water.

The 0.5 µm membrane provides mechanical filtration, helping to retain particles, sediments and fine impurities present in the incoming water.

Unlike the Swan 2MF AG, the Swan 2MF does not feature silver treatment and therefore does not provide the bacteriostatic action associated with silver ions.

Filtration Capacity up to 5,000 Litres

The Swan 2MF has a filtration capacity of up to 5,000 litres, making it suitable for applications requiring a high-capacity filter cartridge.

Actual filter life may vary depending on the quality of the incoming water, operating conditions, flow rate and system configuration.

Bayonet Filter for Water Treatment Systems

The Swan 2MF features a bayonet connection compatible with Everpure-type filter heads, making it suitable as a replacement cartridge for compatible systems.

The bayonet connection allows for quick and practical cartridge replacement when the existing system is designed for this type of filter.

Before purchasing, it is recommended to check the compatibility of the existing filter head and system.
