Swan 4MF Bayonet Filter for Drinking Water

The Swan 4MF is a bayonet filter cartridge designed for the microfiltration of drinking water in domestic and professional water treatment systems.

The filter features a combined filtration technology consisting of a carbon block and a 0.5 µm pleated membrane, helping to improve the quality and organoleptic characteristics of treated water.

The Swan 4MF is the non-silver-treated version of the Swan 4MF AG. It shares the same general configuration and filtration capacity, but does not feature silver treatment.

Carbon Block and 0.5 µm Membrane

The Swan 4MF combines a carbon block with a 0.5 µm pleated membrane.

The activated carbon helps reduce chlorine, unpleasant tastes and odours, while the membrane provides mechanical filtration, helping to retain particles, sediments and fine impurities down to 0.5 µm.

Unlike the Swan 4MF AG, the Swan 4MF does not feature silver treatment and therefore does not provide the bacteriostatic action associated with silver ions.
