Swan 2SD Bayonet Filter for Water Prefiltration

The Swan 2SD is a bayonet filter cartridge designed for the mechanical prefiltration of drinking water.

The Swan 2SD is the Swan-branded equivalent of the Water Pro SD03 and uses a 5 µm melt-blown polypropylene filter media.

Its main function is to retain solid impurities in the water before they reach subsequent filtration stages. It is therefore particularly suitable as a prefilter for protecting activated carbon filters, membranes and other water treatment components.

5 µm Mechanical Filtration

The Swan 2SD uses melt-blown polypropylene technology designed for the mechanical retention of particles.

The filter retains turbidity, silt, algae and solid particles down to 5 µm, providing an initial barrier against impurities present in the incoming water.
