SDCT02 – Water Microfiltration System with Hollow Fibre Membrane

The SDCT02 GWS Industries system is a complete point-of-use drinking water microfiltration solution designed to improve water quality through a multi-stage filtration process.

The system combines three filtration technologies:

• a sediment filter to protect the system and remove suspended particles;
• a silver-impregnated carbon filter to reduce chlorine, unwanted tastes and odours;
• an inline hollow fibre membrane for advanced final filtration.

The combination of different filtration stages provides better tasting water while preserving the naturally occurring minerals present in the water.

The hollow fibre membrane represents the final protection stage of the system, effectively reducing fine particles and unwanted impurities at the dispensing point.

SDCT02 is supplied complete with a stainless steel single-way tap and installation kit, allowing quick and easy installation on new or existing systems.

Multi-stage filtration technology

Stage 1 – IN12S 12" Sediment Filter

Removes suspended particles, sediments and impurities from incoming water while protecting the following filtration stages.

Stage 2 – IN12C-S 12" Silver-Impregnated Carbon Filter

The activated carbon filter improves water taste and quality by reducing:

• Chlorine
• Unwanted odours
• Unpleasant tastes
• Organic compounds

The silver impregnation helps control bacterial growth inside the filter.

Stage 3 – 12" Inline Hollow Fibre Membrane

The hollow fibre membrane provides advanced final filtration by retaining fine particles, unwanted impurities and bacteria thanks to its microporous structure, contributing to improved safety and quality of the treated water.

SDCT02 includes all components required for installation:

• Stainless steel single-way tap
• 3/8" hydraulic T connector
• 3/8" M/F ball valve
• 3/8" male straight connector for 6 mm tube
• PTFE tape roll
