UV Debacterisers Water Pro, also known as Ultraviolet sterilisers, are the ultimate solution for eliminating the presence of bacteria and microorganisms from water intended for human consumption.
All units are characterised by a pickled 304 stainless steel body in compliance with Dm 174-2004, Philips lamps, stainless steel side closing nuts, lamp gaskets in silicone and not Teflon.

Our sterilisers Water Pro are designed and sized for specific domestic and professional needs. The fundamental parameter for sizing a UV debacteriser for drinking water treatment is the flow rate (generally expressed in litres per minute).
Properly selected UV debacterisers ensure the microbiological purity of water for human consumption.
Installations of UV debacterisers require certain measures to maximise their effectiveness. For example, the outlet of the debacterisers must be positioned upwards to allow the evacuation of any air bubbles that may compromise the sterilising effectiveness of the UV rays.
The installation of by-passes is recommended to allow adequate maintenance of the debacterisers.
Over time, it is necessary to clean the quartz sheath in the debacteriser, removing any patina that may have settled there.
Turbidity and the presence of suspended parts in the water drastically reduce (if not eliminate) the effectiveness of UV-ray systems. It is important in these cases to place a battery of filters upstream of the debacteriser to remove particulate matter and turbidity.
